please no personal checks unless you are a regular customers. Please contact me first if unsure.

Paypal

Paypal must be paid within 48 hours of selecting Paypal as a payment options or orders are canceled.

Refund policy:

Any of of stock items will be refunded or credited at the buyers request. If no contact for out of stock items, I will refund all payments made.
If not satisfied with your order we will make it right.
I will refund for change of mind if I have not packed your order, usually within a few hours of purchase. Please contact me via email with any questions.


Return policy:

I will only accept returns on any order if its incorrect. I will pay for any returns that were sent out incorrect. On orders that are damaged by the Postal service please read next paragraph on insurance.

Only by using Priority or First class mail service can you add insurance to your order. Please contact me before you send payment so that I can adjust your total amount to include insurance. I pack very well, using cardboard, and bubble wrap. I can't be help liable for damage done by the postal service, which is why I recommend Priority shipping by USPS.


Shipping policy:
I offer the following shipping options:

Media rate, no insurance with this method.
First class & Priority all from USPS.
Insurance is available, please inquire for rates by contacting me.
I ship orders generally within 24 to 48 hours on orders received by noon of that day. If you order on Friday, your order may not get to the post office until Monday.
